Come prepared for class by:
- Reading the chapter we are going to discuss.
- Answering the questions in your workbooks. You will receive these the week prior to the chapter. (the first week's will be e-mailed to you upon your signing up.)
- Practice at least one exercise. You will receive these the week prior to the chapter. (the first week's will be e-mailed to you upon your signing up.)
- Bring to class your book, highlighted with one color for your "aha" moments and another color with your questions. Feel free to make comments in your book as well.
- Bring questions, successes as well as difficulties that you had with the exercises.
- Class will begin with quiet time. (approx. 5 minutes) If you happen to be late to class, please be sure we are not in quiet time before walking into the kitchen where class is held.
- We will then open discussion with the above and how to apply these principles into our daily lives, where it is most difficult as well as the most important.
