Strength Training

The Next 8 Week Session Begins March 15th

 

This will be a progressive strength training class using free weights, body weight and stability balls for a full body workout.  We will be discussing the principles of strength training to make sure you are progressing in your workouts.  All levels welcome.

 

When:  Mondays -  9:00 -10:00 am

            8 Week Session
            March 15th - May 10th

 

Where: Swymfit, Boxborough, MA

Price:   $138 for a block of 8 sessions

            (any missed sessions may be used in the 

             next 8 week series offered)

            
             Drop-in rate $20.00/class

 

What does weight training do for you?

   you have, the more calories you'll burn all day long

*  Strengthen bones, especially important with the onset of osteoporosis
