The Healthy Start Program is offered in 3 Parts. You can participate from the comfort of your home or office and you can do just 1 part or all 3 .... you decide what is right for you.
This program will offer support, guidance and motivation to learn how to make healthy whole foods and choices a part of your lifestyle, in simple and manageable steps.
Each week you will receive information on the weeks theme and action items to help you implement what you learn. You can take steps to improve your health and wellness, at a pace that works for you.
You will also have access to a message board. This is the place where you can ask questions, share successes and challenges and receive support throughout the program.
