How to Cleanse and Balance

The chakra system and energy bodies is the first place that dis-ease appears. Here it appears not as dis-ease but as blockages, tears and rips in our energy fields. In this class you will learn different ways to cleanse and balance these energy fields, which can help prevent them from becoming dis-ease in the physical body. We will have fun exploring the energy fields using our hands as well as dowsing rods. Seeing how far out from your physical body your energy field is, as well as how close to you it can become, and in finding out that you can actually control this with how you feel or perceive things.
