Group Program

(Session starts on MONDAY MARCH 10,2008)

In this program you will learn how to:

*       Choose higher quality foods, including what to look for when you go to the store

*       Reduce cravings so you can be more in control of your diet

*       Prepare healthy, delicious meals, quickly & easily

*       Increase your energy, naturally, so you can get more done and enjoy life more

*       Start or change your exercise routine so it’s fun and effective  

Here’s what you get:

ü        Six 90 minute group sessions with 8-10 participants                (Mondays 6:30-8 PM)  3/10, 3/24, 4/7, 4/21, 5/5, 5/19 

ü        Unlimited email support from me between sessions

ü        Educational materials to supplement your learning

ü        Food samples, recipes and cooking tips

ü        One an a half hour guided tour thru Whole Foods in Bedford
