We will explore the breath, awareness, posture, points of focus as well as discuss all the reasons you think you can’t meditate.
Ten minutes a day is all it takes in the beginning. Join us in a fun evening of exploring your own uniqueness in meditation and how to begin your own practice at home.
Cost: $25.00
Create your own group for Beginners Meditation or Support Meditation. There is a 4 person minimum. Simply get 3 or more family members or friends together, decide on a night that is good for everyone and call or e-mail me to schedule your event. For support meditation sessions you might want to consider doing this once or twice per month or in the beginning once a week.
