Melinda Sowizral is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, ACSM and a Certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches Corporation.  Melinda is passionate about fitness.  Her fitness philosophy focuses on the whole person, body, mind and spirit.  “I love motivating and pushing my clients beyond their perceived limits so they can experience the best they can be.”
 

Melinda loves training all populations.  She believes you should “train for life” whether it’s for sports specific performance, weight loss, health related reasons or to improve physical limitations, you can always get more fit. 
Melinda uses individualized training for all her clients.  She uses a combination of cardio heart rate training and weight training using free weights, medicine balls, body weight, bosu balls, etc. to challenge her clients.  She also encourages people to set realistic fitness goals so they can measure their success.
