One of the many things I love about what I do, is that I have so many options!  Supporting and guiding people to improve their health and wellness is always my focus, but the ways I can choose to do that are endless.

My two biggest passions are nutritional cleansing and raw and living food.  So I made the decision to give up my holistic health and wellness center (actually I contacted a friend that I thought the space would be perfect for ....... and it just so happens the timing was right for her) so Adrienne Martin is now occupying my former space at 14 Nason Street. I am now working at home and loving it!
I am working on 2 brand new websites, one for Nutritional Cleansing and one for Raw and Living Foods, so check back periodically ....as I will announce when they are live!

I am not teaching any Raw and Living Food classes right now, while I am working on my websites, but Adrienne has some great classes I am sure you would love!
